I am the managing partner of a consulting firm called M Squared Group, that specializes in helping clients understand their Best Customers and the figuring out how to keep those customers longer and have them buy more.  Our work helps clients draw customer insights from data that may be “dirty” and come from multiple sources.  We then develop recommendations on how to make money from that data, using a practical, “roll up the sleeves” approach to ensure that the answers are not only strategically correct, but also can be executed within a company’s constraints and requirements.

I have been privileged to lead this team since the founding of the company 8 years ago.  We have built a high-performance work team, with 14 people who work well and like each other, and can collaborate to deliver great results to clients.  We also pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our clients, and supporting them individually when they need help.  Essentially, we “have our clients backs.”
