Disclosures
A recent FTC ruling requires that all professional (and probably some amateur) blogs include a disclaimer about any potential relationships between the blog and any companies or sponsorships.
Here is our “official” disclaimer:
All data and information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. CultivatingYourCustomers.com makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness, currentness, suitability, or validity of any information on this site and will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in this information or any losses, injuries, or damages arising from its display or use. All information is provided on an as-is basis.
Now let’s talk about what this means:
- I make my living by being the Managing Partner of M Squared Group, Inc. This blog is my opportunity to share my personal thinking with you about issues I believe to be relevant to data-driven marketing and Best Customer experience. My opinions on this blog are mine alone and do not reflect views or beliefs of M Squared Group, Inc.
- My blog does not provide a direct source of income to either myself or my company, but could become so in the future.
- I do not have relationships with firms or products I review, other than being a customer just like you. If I receive any special treatment, I will disclose it in the body of the blog post regarding that review.
- This blog is subject to revisions and reinventions as I learn new things. I only promise to you that I will share with you my latest thinking as it comes to me.
